#49 | Andrew Cline - Crossing The Ice Fields of Patagonia

How can you create a life you're excited about?

This week, I sit down with Andrew Cline - a leadership consultant and former Expedition Guide.

Andrew has counseled a range of clients from Microsoft to REI.

Andrew tells the story of an expedition across the Patagonia Ice Fields where Andrew and his team of 11 had to create snow caves to escape a severe snowstorm that lasted for 40 days.

After countless adventures, Andrew became familiar with effective leadership principles and after our conversation, it is evident that he has heavily considered what it means to be a leader.

As I’m gearing up for the summer, stories like these are making my feet ache for trails and  my eyes long for the beauty of mountain peaks.
