I met my pal Alfred while rolling at Livewire MMA in burlington, watching him get deeper and deeper into Jiu Jitsu was humbling and inspiring. He quickly got better and I saw something familiar- a hunger in his eyes. Alfred is a chef who sought more meaning from his life than cooking food for the masses, once he found jiu jitsu, he felt at home.
